We Are
The Voice Project
This is not our beginning it is the next chapter of a legacy that started with Mary Smith and continues across continents.
About IYALODE
IYALODE is more than a name. It is a movement.
It is the rebirth of a legacy planted by my grandmother, Mary Smith a woman whose hands helped raise cities and generations alike.
I am proud to be her granddaughter, and I carry this torch not just in her honor but as proof that her seeds took root.
What you see here is not just a website. It’s a branch of something deeper.
A network of people across Nigeria, the U.S., and the diaspora committed to action, not performance.
We don’t wait to be approved before we serve. We move when the need reveals itself.
We operate from memory, from structure, from faith in our ability to respond with purpose when our communities call out for help.
From school drives and maternal health education to clean water, housing support, and economic tools we show up when it counts.
This is not charity. This is sacred infrastructure.
And yes, while the formal paperwork is in motion, the work is already happening.
Our hands are already moving.
The impact is already felt.
Welcome to IYALODE.
